As you may have recently learned, practicing good hand-washing and hygiene, as well as social distancing, will be required by the public to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 virus (read how it works here) and keep the ER open for our most vulnerable individuals to receive the urgent care needed. Vanderloo Family Medicine already has a system in place for TELEMEDICINE/TELEHEALTH (read about our options). This is a great system to use for common illnesses and medication refills and you won’t have to leave the comfort of your own home. Telemedicine utilizes technology to communicate with patients from any place, such as their home, their place of employment, or other such location.
What to do if you are SICK? (Read more here)
We ask our patients to please utilize the “GET IN TOUCH” button on our webpage for assistance in determining whether you will require a Telemedicine Visit, an In-Person Patient Visit, or an ER Visit. This will be the best way to ask questions, set up appointments, and request medication refills. Please continually check our website, Facebook, or contact us directly for more information as it becomes available. Currently, we are working on obtaining information regarding COVID 19 testing kits.
